International Currency Exchange Rates

All prices are listed in USD and currency conversion rates vary daily. Please check with your credit card issuer to determine the current exchange rate, as well as any additional fees you may incur for international orders.

-CA Sales Tax

CA sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to California.

-Checkout Errors

Please make sure the billing address entered on our site matches exactly to the billing address on your credit card statement. If the addresses differ, your order may not be successfully processed. If your order still runs into an error during checkout, please consider using a PayPal account to complete your transaction. Also, please note that for each denied attempt to purchase on our site, you may see a corresponding pending transaction on your online bank statement. These pending transactions, however, do not affect your account balance and will be dropped within a few business days. If you are unsure your payment went through, please contact us for billing assistance.



Exchange Policy/Store credit only 

  • All returns/exchanges must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date.

  • All items must be exchanged and/or given store credit. No returns accepted unless item is damaged upon arrival.

  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.

  • Final sale items cannot be returned. Redlined and flash sale items, bath and body, underwear, lingerie, and greeting cards are final sale.

  • Gifts may be returned for store credit only.

  • If applicable, all items must be returned with their original tags and accessories (including removable belts, straps, brooches, etc.).

  • Bathing suits must be returned with their hygienic liner.

  • Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged and postage-free.


Exchanges Details

  • Due to the rate at which our products sell out, we cannot guarantee online exchanges.  If you want to make an exchange using the credit from the item being returned, please contact us with the item information you want and we will hold it for you until we receive your return, or up to 4 business days.

  • Once we have received your return, we will issue your credit.  Please then place a new order online for the item you want.

  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.


Terms & Conditions

  • We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full exchange based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, store credit.

  • Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your change package as Lulu Bella  is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information.

  • Send your package back to us via the most affordable shipping method of your choice. If available, we recommend noting the tracking number from your shipping label.

  • Once we receive the package we will send you a gift certificate via e-mail. If you find items you would like to purchase before we receive your package email us at to have us hold your items up to 4 business days.
